A demo is twenty minutes on a video call with someone who has used the product on real practice data. It is not a slide deck, and it does not end with a contract on the screen.
How do I book one?
Email hello@calibic.com with three things:
- Your practice software: Open Dental, Dentrix or Eaglesoft.
- How many locations you run.
- Two or three times that work for you, with your time zone.
We reply within one working day with a calendar link. Please do not put any patient information in the email.
What happens in the 20 minutes?
Minutes 0 to 5: your situation. You tell us the thing that bothers you. The usual answers are a recall list nobody works, treatment that was presented and never booked, or a payment that disappeared from a day sheet and nobody could explain.
Minutes 5 to 15: Calibic on a sample practice, with your figures next to it. We cannot connect to your database during a demo; that needs a signed Business Associate Agreement and the agent on your server. So bring three numbers from your own reports and we will show you where each would sit:
- Last month’s gross production from your production report.
- The count on your overdue recall list.
- The total on your unscheduled treatment report.
You will see the Daily Huddle, the recall and unscheduled lists ranked by value and likelihood, Protect’s audit trail of a deleted payment, and Ask answering a question from the records with its sources listed.
Minutes 15 to 20: fit and price. We open the Coverage page for your software and show what runs on it and what does not. Eaglesoft, for example, does not yet show benefits left. Then the price: $149 per location per month, or $119 billed annually, as on the pricing page. If it is not a fit, we say so on the call.
What is not in the demo?
- No texting or campaign screens presented as live. They are ROADMAP and we show them labelled as coming, if at all.
- No promise of a dollar figure. Calibic finds opportunities; money is recovered only when your PMS shows it booked, completed and paid.
- No pressure to decide on the call.
What happens if I go ahead?
You get the BAA to sign and an installer for the practice server. Installation takes a few minutes on the machine that holds the database. The agent reads your data and syncs every five minutes. It never writes to your software. Core numbers refresh in one to two minutes on Dentrix and Open Dental, and in two to sixty minutes on Eaglesoft, and every card shows its as-of time.
For groups with several locations, the conversation is different: a pilot on two or three offices with the measures agreed up front. See Calibic for DSOs.
Next step: email hello@calibic.com with your software, your location count and two times that suit you.
