You already own the data. It sits in Open Dental, Dentrix or Eaglesoft on a server in the back room. The problem is that the answers are spread across eleven reports, and nobody has time to run them before the 7:30 huddle.
Calibic does three things with that data, in this order.
What does “reads, finds, checks” mean?
Reads. A small Windows service on your practice server connects to your practice software read-only. It cannot write, edit or delete a record. It reads the ledger, the appointment book, treatment plans, claims, recall and the audit trail, and sends summaries over HTTPS to Calibic.
Finds. Calibic turns those tables into lists a person can work: who is overdue for hygiene, whose crown was planned but never booked, which claims were created but never sent, which payment was deleted after it posted. Each item carries a dollar figure and a reason.
Checks. This is the part most tools skip. An opportunity is found when Calibic lists it. Money is recovered only when your practice software shows the treatment booked, completed and paid. Calibic looks for that evidence itself and shows both numbers side by side.
Which modules are included, and what is their status?
Every plan includes every module. Statuses are stated honestly: LIVE is in the app today, BETA works with stated limits, ROADMAP is not built and is marked “coming”.

Texting, campaigns and AI outreach are ROADMAP. Today they run as a simulation and nothing reaches a patient.
Which practice software does it work with?
Open Dental, Dentrix and Eaglesoft. Coverage differs by system, and the Coverage page lists which checks run on yours and which are limited, with the reason. The integration pages explain exactly which tables are read: Open Dental, Dentrix and Eaglesoft.
What does Calibic not do?
It does not text or call patients yet. It does not take payments, send claims or post anything to your ledger. It does not read X-rays or clinical note text. It does not hold a SOC 2 report. It is built for HIPAA, and a Business Associate Agreement is sent with every sign up.
What does it cost?
$149 per location per month, or $119 per location per month billed annually. One plan, every module. There is no free trial. Pricing has the detail.
Next step
Pick the module that matches the problem on your desk this week. If it is the morning list, start with the Daily Huddle.
