One address reaches a person: hello@calibic.com. We do not publish a phone number yet, and there is no chat widget. Email gets a reply from someone who has used the product on real practice data, usually within one working day.
What should I put in the email?
It saves a round trip if the first message says which of these you are.
I want a demo. Your practice software (Open Dental, Dentrix or Eaglesoft), how many locations, and two or three times with your time zone. See what happens in the 20 minutes.
I am a customer and something is wrong. The office name, which screen, and what you expected to see. A screenshot of the card with its as-of time helps more than a description. If a number does not match your own report, say which report; the Huddle shows gross production before write-offs, and that explains most differences.
I run a group. Number of locations, the software mix and when you want a pilot to start. The enterprise page explains how a two or three office pilot works and what we can give procurement.
I found a security problem. Put “Security” in the subject line. We read those first. We do not run a bug bounty, and we have not published a disclosure policy yet; when we do, it will live on the Trust Center.
Press or partnership. Say which, and what you need.
What should I not send?
No patient information. Not a name, not a date of birth, not a chart number. If you need to show us a problem with a specific patient’s record, describe the screen and we will set up a call where you share it directly. Email is not the place for protected health information, even with a Business Associate Agreement in place.
Where do the common questions live already?
- Price: $149 per location per month, or $119 billed annually, on the pricing page.
- Whether it works on your system, and what it cannot see: the Coverage page.
- HIPAA, the BAA and what we hold: HIPAA and the BAA.
- Everything else people ask before trying it: the FAQ.
How fast do we reply?
Within one working day, Monday to Friday. Security reports are read the same day. If a week passes with nothing, the message went somewhere it should not have; send it again with a different subject line.
Next step: email hello@calibic.com, or read the FAQ first if your question is about price, coverage or privacy.
