A row of doors in a corridor, one open

Adit’s demo showed an AI front desk, phones, texting, forms, analytics and billing in one place, with gift cards and “free for life” offers tied to an annual agreement. If that is more than you need, or you want to see a price before signing a year, here are the alternatives, grouped by what you would actually use.

What Adit is

On 13 October 2026 Adit calls itself “the all-in-one AI powered platform for better patient care.” Modules: AI Front Desk, AI Call Intelligence, web chat and CRM; Adit Voice, texting, email, internal chat, eFax; digital forms, online scheduling, reminders, reviews, tasks; Practice Analytics, treatment plans, CareCredit, patient recall; Adit Pay, insurance verification, claims, payment posting, denial management and AR. It claims 5,000+ practices. Its pricing page shows no subscription price.

Other all-in-one platforms

Practice by Numbers. Business Analytics, reminders, campaigns, two-way texting, PbN Voice (add-on), payments, forms and an AI receptionist, across 25 practice systems. “Start as low as $249/mo,” per-plan prices not shown. Pick it if you want the same shape with a starting price on the page. See Calibic vs Practice by Numbers.

Dental Intelligence. Analytics and reporting, payments and revenue cycle, scheduling, insurance, engagement and an AI receptionist. More than 10,000 practices by its count, SOC 2 Type 2 claimed, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend and Denticon supported. No published price. Pick it if you want the largest suite and SOC 2 matters.

Phone-first

Weave. Phones with Call Pop, texting, reminders, forms, payments, reviews, an AI receptionist, with Practice Analytics marked “(dental only).” Plans “starting from $199 per month,” tiers not priced. Pick it if the phone system is the main thing and you want a starting price in writing.

Analytics only, keep your phones

Calibic. Our product, so read this with that in mind. Read-only on Open Dental, Dentrix and Eaglesoft: it reads tables like procedurelog, payment and securitylog and never writes. It gives a ranked daily list in dollars (Focus today), Daily Huddle, Smart recall, Protect (a private audit trail of deleted payments, adjustments and write-offs), Ask with sources, and Recovered, counted only when the PMS shows the work booked, completed and paid. Local ranking and Competitor Insights too. All LIVE. Drafted review replies are BETA. $149 per location per month, or $119 billed annually, month to month. It does not text, call, run campaigns, provide phones, hold forms, take payments or submit claims, and it holds no SOC 2 report. Built for HIPAA; a Business Associate Agreement is sent with every sign up. Pick it if your phones and reminders are fine and you want the numbers and the audit trail at a price you can see. Skip it if you want one vendor for everything.

Jarvis Analytics. Group analytics with a Henry Schein One logo, fifty-plus KPIs, Tx Miner, Morning Huddle, eleven practice systems, no published price. Pick it for many locations.

Your PMS. Open Dental’s reports, Recall List, Treatment Finder and Audit Trail are included in support, $199 per location per month for 12 months and $149 after, with texting at $0.04 per outgoing message. Dentrix has the Unscheduled Treatment Plans report and Practice Advisor. Pick this if someone will run the reports every week.

Questions worth asking any of them

  • What does the plan with the features I was shown cost, per location, per month, after the promotion ends?
  • Does the product write to my database? Open Dental publishes a list of third-party vendors and their authorisation status; Dentrix and Eaglesoft have their own policies. Check the candidate before you sign.
  • When the dashboard says revenue was found, does that mean scheduled, completed or paid? Calibic’s Recovered figure means paid, and you can check it against the account.
  • What is the term, and what happens to the data when it ends?

As of 13 October 2026. Calibic is not affiliated with any vendor named here.
